Emmie: Emmie's first bday party

Emmie's first birthday party was a success! She was supposed to be in her body cast, but since she has had a month long cold, her surgery was rescheduled. This was okay with Emmie because she could eat her cake without worries. Emmie's guests included: Mommy, Gee, Papa, Great Aunt Cindy, Great Uncle Gary, Aunt Kara, Uncle Scott, Olivia and Momo! Emmie loved being the center of attention!
Emmie requested a cat cake for her party. Cats seem to be Emmie's favorite animal right now! Mommy has no artistic talent, so she enlisted Gee's cake making abilities. Gee spent hours perfecting Emmie's cat cake and it was beautiful and delicious! To say Emmie loved her cake would be an understatement! She devoured her cake and promptly required a bath!
