Angel Food Cake

Emmie's new favorite thing in life....Angel food cake! Mommy has been debating on what type of cake to make for Emmie's upcoming 1st Birthday party, so she decided to let Emmie sample a slice of cake. Emmie devoured an adult size slice and then asked for seconds. When she was finished, she definitely had a pot belly! Sadly, angel food cake will not be served at Emmie's birthday party. Mommy has decided to make a chocolate "kitty" cake. Emmie loves chocolate, so it will be right up her alley!
