Hip Baby!

Emmie has become quite the fashionista these days! We already knew that she had a love of pedicured toes, designer outfits, and spa baths, but we discovered this week that she loves bedazzled sunglasses! Daddy bought her two pairs at the Children's Place this week during their daily "mall walk". She scored a purple pair bedazzled with diamonds and yellow pair with flowers. So far, she prefers the diamond pair. Like mother, like daughter. We have heard Daddy mumbling this week about how expensive his daughter is going to be! Emmie spent three hours on Friday night sitting on the deck in her sunglasses. She likes to look through the sunglasses and over the top. We had never heard her babble and yell so much until she wore them!

Emmie also got even with one of the cats this week, Midgie. Midgie has been taunting Emmie for several weeks. When Emmie is sitting on the floor in her bumbo seat, Midgie will walk up to her and meow in her face and then scramble away. Well not this week! Midgie got a little too close and Emmie grabbed her by the chest and ripped out a HUGE chunk of hair! This must of hurt because Midgie is a short-haired cat. Midgie screamed loudly, which in turn made Emmie laugh loudly!
